Return Policy

We are always here to help

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by us for every product on within 15 days of receiving each item.

You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the article and agree on a partial refund with us.

Return requirements

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
  • Items purchased with discount codes or in sale cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned: 
    • Swimwear
    • Intimates
    • Stockings
    • Hair accessories
    • Hats & earrings.

If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at an additional cost to the customer.

Here are some FAQ in regards to our return policy:

  1. How do I make a return?
    Send a return back with a completed returns form that you can download on this page below. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can significantly expedite the process.
  2. What is the return period? 
    We will provide a refund on unopened items within industry-leading (14) days of the date that you receive your item.
  3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
    Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Block Trend will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
  4. When will I receive my refund? 
    A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item has not been damaged. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us.
  5. How may I contact you?

    The following situations are not included:
    1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
    2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them after the 14-day period.


    To return an item to us, write an email at, with "Return" as the subject. This will ensure your request is expedited to our returns team. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return. Our returns team will then provide you with an RA# and returns indications on how to return your item to us.

    Our returns team require an RA# and returns form to accept returns. If parcels are received without an RA#, your return will not be processed.

    To return an item to us, download the RETURNS FORM below and follow all the indications. 


    Please, write down on the package your order number + before sending the package write us an email listing the items that you are returning at


    We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements. We will send you the new item and tracking information.
