Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by us for every product on within 15 days of receiving each item.

You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the article and agree on a partial refund with us.

Here are some FAQ in regards to our return policy:

  1. How do I make a return?
    Send a return back with a completed returns form that you can download on this page below. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can significantly expedite the process.
  2. What is the return period? 
    We will provide a refund on unopened items within industry-leading (15) days of the date that you receive your item.
  3. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
    It depends on who is responsible.
    a) Block Trend's Responsibility: If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange. This requires our approval first. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only if Block - Trend is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size. For defective/damaged, incorrect size or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
    b) Customer's Responsibility: If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or just wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. If the customer wants a return, we will refund the original product price.
  4. When will I receive my refund? 
    A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item has not been damaged. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us.

    The scope of the Guarantee

    All products on have the Returns & Refund guarantee, except for:

    • Accessories;
    • products on sale;
    • products sold using promotional/discount codes;
    • return of items bought in different sizes to decide which one fits better;
    Any product purchased through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.


    The following situations are not included:
    1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
    2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them after the 14-day period.

    We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements. We will send you the new item and tracking information.
