Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass to you, our customer. As a result, you can enjoy free shipping and reduced pricing on all of our womenswear collections.
All packages have specific tracking information. Once we ship them, you will receive the "shipment confirmation" email which includes a unique parcel tracking number. You can track your orders here: Track your order
All orders are delivered using a signature service. If delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If you have a question regarding your delivery or re-delivery, we'd suggest getting in touch with your local Postal office directly so that they can act quickly for you. If they're unable to assist you, feel free to get in touch with us.
Most of the items will be shipped out within 1/5 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes favourite pieces experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Need urgently or other questions, you can get help from our service team at email@example.com.
Once orders are 'packed', you may not change or cancel. We offer a 14-day warranty upon receipt.

Shipping times vary on the country and the item purchased. It will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
Block Trend Ships worldwide, excluding Germany, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Serbia, Algeria, Albania, Oman, Tunisia and others.
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be issued to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
