  • How long does shipping take?
    We ship out your parcel/s within 1 to 5 days. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

  • What is your sizing like?

    Block Trend sizing is standard and more often than not true to size, however some products may vary depending on the label. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest selecting a size up, depending on the style of the garment. Sizing charts are located in the product descriptions and also here. Our customer care team can always assist you with any sizing and fit queries you might have so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can track your order once it is shipped; you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number and link to our tracking page. If you opted to receive SMS updates at checkout, you will also be able to track your order via text.

    No tracking info: Please note, your order will only be trackable after it is processed by our couriers in a couple of days.

  • I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

    Order confirmation email: We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation.

    Shipping confirmation email: Please, remember that we ship parcels out within 1 to 5 business days from the order and sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out. If you don't receive the notification within 7 days, please contact us straight away.

  • What is your return policy?

    We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for a full refund.

    We are happy to accept your set back for a return or exchange within 14 days days of the order delivery date, as long as the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out here.

    Please note, our Customer Happiness team is available via email outside standard opening hours. Also, our office is also closed during all public holidays

  • How I would receive my refund?

    You will receive the refund within 1-2 business days your parcel is returned to our warehouse and inspected by our return team. If you don't get the refund notification within 1-2 business days your package reaches our warehouse, please don't worry, contact us by providing your return tracking number and the items returned.

    Refunds back to credit/debit cards can take 2-7 business days to process and appear in your account again depending on your financial institution. If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first contact your financial institution and request an up to date status on any pending refunds on your account.
